Account and data deletion

You can delete your Nangman Note cloud data while signed in. Guest notes can be removed from the local note list. Review the scope and export any copies you need first.

Delete from the app

Sign in to Nangman Note, open Settings, find cross-device sync, and choose Nangman Note account and data deletion. The button appears for signed-in users.

Review the deletion scope. Choose whether to keep local notes on this device or delete them too. Confirm to delete the server data and end the current login session.

Guest notes are local documents rather than server account data. Remove them from the recent note list or clear the app's site storage. Keep a backup first if you need a copy.

What is deleted

Nangman Note's R2 PDF originals and annotation/page-state objects, D1 document names, filenames, sizes, page counts, timestamps and sync versions, document-to-user connections, and the current login session are removed. Local notes are removed only if you choose that option.

The authenticated deletion request is limited to your Nangman Note document records and associated note/ objects. The existing service has no separate Nangman Note user-profile table.

What remains

Your original Google or Naver account and password, common Nangman user ID and profiles, other Nangman service records, local notes you elect to retain, and downloaded or shared copies are not removed. Cloudflare operational and security logs may be retained under its own settings and policies.

Where the login session is shared with other Nangman services, deleting the current session can also sign you out of those services in this browser. Their stored data is not deleted.

If you cannot open the app or sign in

Use the KakaoTalk support channel to request ‘Nangman Note data deletion’. Provide your sign-in provider (Google or Naver) and a verifiable sign-in email. The operator verifies ownership, deletes Nangman Note D1 records and R2 objects within the service's scope, and replies in the same channel.

Do not send your password, OAuth tokens, or verification codes. This page provides instructions and a support link; it does not submit a deletion request by itself.
